A clip from the hardware store for plumbing tube is the cheapest solution. For 50 cents you get here a clip that zunmindest meets the basic requirements. With a small screw attached to the lamp housing, at least he keeps the lamp on the handlebars. Disadvantage: there is no real security against rotation about the bar. Bottom line: not recommended. 
The Noble solution is the lamp holder of Lupine . With about 10 € is not cheap. But you get a nice carbon fiber reinforced plastic part with a simple O-ring fastener. Straightforward but effective! 
The primitive solution for the helmet means Einweckgummi. With a small clip of a bent spoke and a rubber bulb that sits on the helmet at an unbeatable price. If the slots and the lamp not quite fit together, helps a match-made piece of Styrofoam. 
The helmet holder for the Sigma Power LED 2 is our favorite quiet helmet. For a few euros you get here is a neat solution: The Zabolampe fits into the cradle, the cradle will Ihen place with Velcro to the helmet and the whole is still at an angle adjustable. Great! 
If you want to keep open the options for helmet and handlebar mount, can access the Lupine helmet holder. Again, this is (like all Lupine products) is not exactly cheap, but well thought out.
